Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment (as specified by the Clinic). Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking privileges.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds for services are addressed on a case-by-case basis. Cosmetic and elective procedures may be non-refundable once treatment has commenced. Products purchased through the Clinic are subject to our returns policy as posted or provided at the time of purchase.

Medical Information & Informed Consent
